Enjoy the benefits of Yoga and Ayurveda to guide you into your flow, to feel light and centred, full of excitement to embrace your life!

This is an experience for anyone wishing to deepen their yoga practice, find rest, have fun, get back in flow, let go and go home feeling amazing!

With the combination of morning meditation and breath work, twice-daily yoga sessions, chanting and delicious Ayurvedic food to support rest and increased energy, you will be guided into a fully embodied practice that changes the way you feel physically, mentally and emotionally to be light and open to follow your heart with confidence.


yoga practice

We begin each morning with 15 minutes of meditation and 30 minutes of breath work to settle the nervous system, followed by 1h15 mins Hatha flow for energy and balance. Our afternoon 60-minute Yin sessions guides us to rest and reconnect. Before sleeping, we have 10 minutes of chanting to settle and focus the mind. Adaptations are made to suit all levels. ayurvedic food

SW France is known for its food quality, producers are passionate about their approach and our ingredients are hand-picked from farms, independent artisans and local organic markets.

Meals are prepared with Ayurvedic principles, with a light early morning snack and tea to stabilise blood sugars after meditation and breath work practice, followed by a hearty brunch after our first yoga session. There is fruit to snack on during the day and a light early evening meal to recharge the digestive system and improve sleep. The times and quantity of meals are carefully considered to stimulate your metabolism. All food is allergen-free, with no gluten, dairy, refined sugars or caffeine.
