30 Days of Yoga

Join me for live, daily online practice that is intentionally simple, and designed to build confidence without feeling overwhelmed. It guides you to experience the full benefits of regular yoga practice, helping you move beyond mental resistance to discover clarity, focus, flexibility, resilience, and radiant energy.

The first 30-day challenge is often the most difficult, but it lays the foundation for lasting transformation. As you continue, you’ll develop greater willpower, deepen your intuition, and notice positive shifts in your relationships and time management. Best of all, you’ll start each day feeling accomplished, having done something wonderful for your health that enhances the quality of your entire day.

 

From Monday, 14 April - Tuesday 13 May
Our complete daily practice of 75mins includes breath work to clear and energise the mind, a series of slow vinyasa salutations, with longer-held postures and final relaxation. Group check-in is every Sunday morning.

30 days of Yoga takes place six times a year, providing space between to develop further your self practice.
