How the practice works…

The practice remains consistent throughout, with variations to keep the mind engaged. We begin gently, allowing deep-held stress and tension to release. As the nervous system and mind settle, we cultivate the steadiness needed to build lower and upper body strength, core stability, and a resilient immune system.

Much of the practice releases the psoas muscle that connects your legs to your torso, directly linking to your nervous system and emotions. When stress, anxiety, and fear build up, the psoas tightens—leading to tension, fatigue, shallow breathing, and mental overwhelm. But here’s the good news: with intentional movement, you can release these patterns and restore balance faster than you think. Most importantly, you start each day knowing you've done something powerful for yourself. Join us, commit to the journey, and feel the difference in your body, your mind, and your life.


From Monday, 14 April - Tuesday 13 May
Our complete daily practice of 75mins includes breath work to clear and energise the mind, a series of slow vinyasa salutations, with longer-held postures and final relaxation. Group check-in is every Sunday morning.

**Classes are recorded and available to watch one hour from the live time available until the finish date**
30 days of Yoga takes place six times a year, providing space between to develop further your self practice.
