Tahini Dressing
Delicious drizzled on globe artichokes or salad....
INGREDIENTS
1/8 Cup measure of Sunflower seeds
1 tsp Tahini paste
175ml Sheep yogurt
2 tbpn Olive Oil
1 large garlic clove
1/2 lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Toast sunflower seeds, then place all ingredients into a blender and mix well.
