A unique and personalised retreat for a maximum of two guests that provides everything you need to rest, replenish and re-imagine your life…
This retreat is an invitation to pause, reflect, and rediscover what it means to live a balanced and meaningful life, with a holistic approach to nourishing your body, mind, and spirit through the ancient practices of yoga and Ayurveda. It’s a journey of self-discovery and healing, set against a serene backdrop that encourages deep contemplation, meaningful conversations, and a reconnection with oneself and others.
Key Highlights of the Retreat:
Daily Yoga and Meditation: Begin each day with a grounding meditation and breathwork session, followed by morning and evening yoga practices. These sessions, tailored to all levels, focus on restoring balance, enhancing flexibility, and deepening your connection with your body.
Ayurvedic Nutrition: Savour delicious, wholesome meals prepared according to Ayurvedic principles. These meals support gentle detoxification, boost energy levels, and leave you feeling nourished from the inside out.
Cultural Excursions: Immerse yourself in the local culture with a visit to a nearby thermal spa for relaxation and rejuvenation, explore an antique village rich in history, and enjoy a delightful brunch at an Ayurvedic café that combines traditional flavours with modern culinary creativity.
Nature and Reflection: Experience the tranquillity of the countryside with guided walks through scenic landscapes. These peaceful strolls provide the perfect opportunity for reflection, helping you to reconnect with nature and yourself.
Group Coaching and Community: Engage in group coaching sessions designed to help you integrate the principles of yoga and Ayurveda into your daily life. These sessions, combined with the shared experience of the retreat, foster a sense of community and provide a supportive space for personal growth.
Relaxed Structure: The retreat is intentionally designed with a relaxed structure, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the experience without feeling rushed. This approach encourages spontaneous moments of insight and connection, ensuring that your retreat is both transformative and enjoyable.
“The week with Tamsin was everything promised and more. The real beauty of the experience - and what is different from other retreats - is the size and intimacy of the group. The opportunity for supportive and revealing conversations was incredibly special and the rhythm that we developed between us would not have been possible in a larger group. I left feeling balanced and positive and with the firm intention of embedding as many aspects of the week into my daily life as possible”… Sophie, UK
yoga practice
We begin each morning with 30 minutes of breathwork to settle the nervous system, 15 minutes of meditation to calm the mind, and 45mins of Hatha flow to create suppleness, strength and positive awareness, ending with 15 mins of Yoga Nidra and deeper rest. Our afternoon 60-minute Yin sessions guide us into a meditative rest and sense of reconnecting.
Throughout the retreat, the intention for practice settles the mind, soothes the nervous system, opens the lower back, and releases tension in the upper back, neck and shoulders building strength and stamina whilst informing you how to practice to support your health.
Adaptations are made to suit all levels. For more on my teaching style please visit HERE .
