And in the difference of your daily routines, you discover a new aliveness, that reveals your certainty, and your rituals of unconscious distraction, became rituals of numbness and separation from yourself.

This experience supports your growth, within a group that encourages accountability and connection, as we follow 40 days of practice together, the time for which a challenge can realise a new truth.

 

Join me for 40 days of Meditation and Yoga Sadhana From Monday, 23 September.
Anyone can join, the curious, tenacious, seekers, and those who have good willpower and self-discipline yet wish to be part of a group.
The practice is simple, slow and fluid with a repetition providing space to explore new ideas and habits.
Each session is guided and offers variations for all experiences and capabilities.

The daily practice consists of 15mins of Pranayama, 15 minutes of meditations, 45mins of asana and 15 mins of guided relaxation.
