Coconut Milk and Spirulina Smoothie
A daily nutritious protein boost, that tastes fresh, light and satisfies your hunger for several hours.
1 teaspoon of spirulina is said to contain 60% protein, all amino acids and is rich in vitamin B, iron and magnesium.
INGREDIENTS
Serves 2
200ml Coconut milk
1/2 Avocado
1/2 Apple
1/2 Freshly squeezed lemon
2 tsp ground brown flax seeds
1 tsp ground spirulina
1 tbsp Maple syrup
PREPARATION
Place all ingredients in a blender or vitamix until smooth and ready to drink.
